Question:  What is a bail bond?

Answer:  A bail bond is a bond for an individual charged with criminal offenses by
a law enforcement agency. This type of bond allows the defendant to remain free

the court the appearance of the defendant on his or her date of trial.

Question:  How much is the fee for a bail bond?

Answer:  The defendant must pay the bondsman 10% of the amount of the bond.
For instance, if you have  a $1000.00 bond, you would pay the bondsman $100.00
to secure your release.

Question:  Why should I use a bondsman rather than posting bond with the court
system?

Answer:  If you post bond with many court systems they require the entire
amount of the bond. For example, if you have $10,000.00 bond and post it via the
