| William Seay began working in the legal/criminal field approximately ten years ago as a private investigator. After working closely in the bail bonding industry, by performing various tasks such as locating and arresting absconders, performing criminal and financial background checks and vigorously pursuing overdue credits in collections, Kenny Crook invited William Seay to become a partner in National Bail Bonding. After joining National's team Mr. Seay joined the WV Association of Bondsmen and subsequently rose to the rank of vice president. Working closely with the association president, Bill Garvin and local delegates, William has played an integral part in changing various state laws that apply to bondsmen. William then formed 1st Action Enterprises Inc. A company with the ability to bond nationwide as well as provide private investigation and insurance services. |
